In February a small group of residents carried out a survey of the town. A leaflet was produced that contained an introduction to the STCRA and a questionnaire that asked what were the main priorities for residents of the town centre. It also contained an application form for membership. The leaflet was delivered by hand to all the homes that could reasonably be accessed.
There are approximately 1000 residential properties in the loop of the river. Many conversations on the doorstep took place, with the feedback noted down and taken on board.
